To obtain raffle tickets, please register for the event as a participant or fundraiser and raise at least $500 for the MGH Cure Diabetes Now Fund, a 501 c 3 non-profit. The more you raise the more raffle tickets you will be able to earn. Raffle tickets will be distributed at registration the day of the event. Donations brought to the event will be added to any prior total to increase fundraiser level. Raffle tickets will be distributed based on total raised by day of event. I'm sorry, pledges do not count. If you are unable to attend you will still be eligible to win your prize based on raffle tickets accumulated through early donations. Online and offline totals will be added to maximize your potential to earn raffle tickets. If your contact information is not accurate we will not be responsible for any unclaimed prizes.
